Cinnamon Loaf


Ingredients:

1 Yellow Butter Cake Mix

1/2 Cup White Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

1 8-oz Sour Cream

4 Eggs

1 Cup Pecans


Directions:

1. Mix by hand, cake mix, cinnamon, and brown and white sugar. Add sour cream and oil. Beat with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add pecans.

2. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 - 40 minutes. Makes 2 large loaves or 3-4 small loaves. Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
