Apple Fritter Cake

Start off Fall right with this recipe!


Ingredients:

1 Yellow Butter Cake Mix

1/2 Cup White Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

1 8-oz Sour Cream

4 Eggs

1 Cup Pecans

1 small Ambrosia Apple


Directions:

1. Mix by hand, cake mix, cinnamon, and brown and white sugar. Add sour cream and oil. Beat with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add pecans.

2. Chop up the small apple and place the slices on top.

3. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 - 40 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
