Chocolate Chip Muffins

Hello everyone! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

- 3/4c. Melted, salted butter

- 2 large eggs

- 1 c. Granulated sugar

- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

- 3/4 c. Milk, divided into 1/2c. and 1/4c.

- 2 c. AP flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 1/2c. Milk chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit on convection bake. Whisk together the melted, salted butter, the eggs, granulated sugar, pure vanilla extract, and 1/4c. of milk.

2. Whisk together the AP flour and baking soda. Take a few tablespoons out to use when coating the chocolate chips. Coat the chocolate chips with the bit of flour you took out.

3. Combine 1/3 of the dry mix into the wet ingredients. Then add 1/2 of the rest of the milk to the wet mix. Then add another 1/3 of the dry mix into the wet mix. Next, add the rest of the milk to the wet mix. Finally, add the last 1/3 of the dry mix to the batter. You incorporate the dry mix in thirds and the milk in halves. The pattern is dry, milk, dry, milk, dry. You start and end with the dry. Now fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Fill the liners with batter a little over half way up. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

I hope you enjoyed this recipe! Check out my Instagram for more recipes! If you are confused on how to mix up the batter, I have a video on my YouTube on how to make blueberry muffins. They are not the same flavor of muffins, but both recipes have the same way of incorporating the ingredients.
