Healthy Pumpkin Spice Cookies

- 2 bananas

- 1 cup pumpkin purée

- 1 cup oat flour

- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

- pumpkin seeds


Mash the banana. Mix in pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice. Mix in oat flour. Top with pumpkin seeds. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F convection bake.
