Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Recently, I have been seeing baked oatmeal recipes all over social media, so I decided to try to make it myself!



Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Total time: 30 minutes

Bake time: 25 minutes


Ingredients:

- 1/2 c. Rolled oats

- 1/2 banana

- 1/4 c. Almond milk

- 1 egg white

- 1/4 tsp. Baking powder

- 1/2 TBSP. Chia seeds

- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

- 1/3 c. Blueberries, fresh or frozen

- Optional: If you want it to be very sweet, add a 1/2 TBSP. Of maple syrup or honey


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend together the oats, banana, almond milk, egg white, baking powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and the optional honey or maple syrup. Pour into a small, heat safe ramekin, top with blueberries, and bake for 25 minutes.


2. Let cool for a few minutes before digging in. You can add any toppings you would like. Enjoy!
